Jane is an epidemiologist and abortion researcher. Her goal as a scholar is to use epidemiologic causal inference and geographic information systems (GIS) methods to answer policy- and practice-relevant questions to improve reproductive health and wellbeing. At CORE, she manages a portfolio of work focused on ways to expand reproductive equity through abortion access, including by improving measurement of abortion access, rigorously evaluating abortion preferences, and implementing novel methods to understand abortion seeking trajectories in the post-Dobbs landscape. Jane received her PhD in epidemiology from Boston University School of Public Health, MPH from the University of Pennsylvania, and BA from Haverford College. Previously, she was a postdoctoral scholar at CORE.
