Lindsay Cannon, MSW, MPH

Lindsay’s work answers questions related to reproductive health, fertility, gender-based violence, and the life course. Lindsay’s dissertation focuses on the reproductive justice and demographic implications of managing fertility in the context of chronic health conditions. Her Master’s thesis described the effects of constrained sexual agency during first sex for on-time high school graduation and educational attainment. Lindsay applies trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and reproductive justice frameworks in her research. Lindsay joined CORE Lab to be part of a community of scholars working on timely, policy-relevant reproductive autonomy and justice work. In her spare time, Lindsay can be found reading, cross-stitching, knitting, baking, and watching The Office.
